Extending support period

When you purchased one of our themes, you also purchased at least 6 months of free support (scope of support is explained here: http://themeblossom.info/help-desk-guidelines-policies/).

Many customers asked what happens when the support period ends. You will not lose our support, but you will be limited and you will be able to raise only tickets with “low” and “medium” priority.

I extended my support period, but your system still shows “Support Expired”

In order to speed up our server, we don’t check licenses every time you log in. That’s why you will need to confirm renewal. Please check this screenshot:
